Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours-3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong item delivered

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit will be added to your Creative Fusion account after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned after 4-7 days

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned)
